Lasagna

1 lb. lean ground beef 1 6-OZ can tomato paste
1 T each, basil, oregano, 1/2 C diced pepperoni
2 C water 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
Sm. container cottage cheese 1 lb. Gibbsville Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Egg 1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese

Sauté ground beef until done. Drain any excess grease.

Simmer together tomato paste, seasonings, water, and pepperoni. Add ground beef.

In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese and the egg until smooth.

Place one layer of noodles in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Spoon over 1/3 of the cottage cheese mixture, followed by 1/3 of the meat mixture and 1/3 of the Gibbsville Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Repeat two more times. Sprinkle top with grated Parmesan Cheese and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Let stand ten minutes before cutting into squares. Will serve eight (or four teen-age boys).
